We do not have a refund for monthly subscriptions. No matter how many
days you use the plan, a monthly fee of that plan is charged.
For example, after using the X-Large plan for ten days, you
want to downgrade your plan to Medium Plan, a full monthly fee of
X-Large is charged for ten days of use. Afterwards a monthly payment
of a new Medium Plan is taken.
This is not valid for annual payments. Refunding annual
